How long will my order be delivered to me in?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-4 working days after your order has been placed.
How will I know whether my shipment has been dispatched?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. To track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched, you can email us at [email protected]
How do I return a product purchased?
You can return products for free within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return an item back to Little Travel Bug please:
1. Email us at [email protected]
2. We will generate a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and give you an address to which you can ship your return.
3. You will then send us your account details and we will refund the amount to your account once your return has been delivered to us.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by mailing us at [email protected]. However, if the product has already been shipped then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost.
What is the Payment Policy?
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, and Net banking through PayUMoney. We also accept cash on delivery as a payment option.
